no registration for shotguns or rifles but hanguns is a go. In NewYork when getting arrested for a handgun its an automatic penalty of 3 years in jail and for every bullet in the gun adds a 4 months. but in any other state other than, New York you will only be locked up for 8 months. Why do people need guns? truthfully i dont need no gun or no one to come help me soolve one of my problems, i hold my own. all a gun do is affewct how u will live the rest of u life, and those choices is jail, dead, or on the run for robbery, or murder. the only way the gun will favo to your side is if you have a license for it and its used for the use of self defence.
