Why out of state u get 8 months for a gun charge, but in new york you get 3 years minimum?
handguns in new york are only allowed to be purchased with a valid gun license.

     




states with gun laws that are not put into full affect, more deaths throughout the states will occur. The are many cases of gun trafficin, this is tha act of bringin guns, all types from state to state to sell for money than what u go it for.
       In new york the purchase of a shotgun or rifle is not permitted. the more guns on the streets means more deaths, robberies, and a dangerous place to live.
According to the second admenment, you have the right to bear arms, meaning every has the right to own a gun, but legally.  here is a map that shows wat states are premitted to hav a gun licenses and some states that arent allowed.
